Positiontitle:Change Management Coordinator / 变更管理协调员



Location: Beijing 北京



Main task:

Administer,control and realize changes to the nominated business case baseline definitionon basis of the specific global Change Management processes within the BusinessUnit.

基于全球变更管理流程，管理，控制和执行相关产品的变更需求。



Duties andresponsibilities:

工作职责：

Monitor theprocessing of changes throughout all phases

控制变更流程中的所有阶段。

Ensure the coordinationand realization of changes.

确保变更的协调和执行。

Collect processand document any incoming change inquiries.

整理所有关于变更需求的相关流程和文件。

Verify internaland external data, obtain approval.

对内部和外部的数据进行验证并确保得到相关部门的批准。

Monitor/coordinateinternal functions during the implementation phase.

协调/监控各部门在变更实施阶段的执行情况。

Take part in theperiodical meeting with internal functions.

与各相关部门定期召开变更相关会议。

Coordinate andrealize changes within the given timeframe.

协调并确保变更在预期时间内执行。

Ensure thedocumentation of the change status.

确保所有相关变更文件及时更新。



Competenciesand experiences:

Bachelor degree intechnical field, or 3 years of equivalent experience inmotor industry

理工本科及以上学历或者在汽车行业三年以上相关工作经验

Solid PC skills inMS Office and SAP

办公软件熟练，有SAP使用经验者优先

Fluent English

流利的英文沟通能力

Ability to workteam-oriented and with minimal supervision

有良好的团队合作能力和独立分析能力
