压铸机拉杆锁模力测量新技术(word版)

摘要: 本文针对压铸机旧的锁模力测量方法耗时费力，提出了一种新的锁模力测量技术。传统的测量方式是用粘贴式应变片来测量系统测量拉杆锁模力。但这种方法存在较多不足，如粘贴困难，应变片只能被用一次；需要两到四个小时的准备工作；无法用于模具优化时的测量。而新的锁模力测量技术则解决了以上的问题，不仅安装容易，且响应迅速、对环境要求宽松。

The new measurement technique of clamping force of die casting machine tie bar
Abstract: In this paper author proposed a new clamping force of die casting machine measurement technology because the old method of measuring clamping force consumed time and effort. The traditional measurement is to use paste-type strain gauges to measure the clamping force. However, there are more deficiency under this approach, such as the paste difficult, strain gauges can only be used once; take two to four hours of preparatory work; not be used for mold optimization measurements. The new clamping force measurement technique can solve the above problem, not only easy to install, and to respond quickly to demand environmental requirements relaxed.
